BERRY DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE!

Food Dude showed me how easy it is to make a smoothie, now I make them all the time with my friends! 

Here’s everything you need for one of my favorite smoothie recipes:


1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berries


1/2 cup apple juice


1 cup rice, almond, or coconut milk


a dash of cinnamon


ice (optional)


hand blender or countertop blender


All you have to do is put the ingredients into a blender, or a large bowl if you have a hand blender, and then mix it all together till it’s smoooooooth.


If you want, you can pour into glasses with ice & a straw. 

I like to put a tiny tropical umbrella in mine! 

This recipe makes enough for 2 or 3 people, because sharing is fun!
